CANCELLATION POLICY

A student who cancels registration after the start of the semester will be reimbursed. A 150€ cancellation fee will be subtracted. The student must notify the school by sending a letter with a tracking service.

In the case of a student whose registration is dependent on completion of a high school degree, the cancellation fee can be reimbursed at the time that the results are made known(until mid July).

Cancellation possible before January 2nd of the present school year if addressed by letter with tracking service. The cancellation takes effect the week this letter is received.

The reimbursed sum is calculated on a pro rata base of weeks in the school year, minus the cancellation fee of 150 euros.

After January 2nd of the present school year, no cancellation will be taken into consideration for any reason.

Practical and Administrative Information For Foreign Students

VISA for students outside the European Union

To obtain a student visa “D” at the French Embassy in your country, you need to present an enrolment certificate from STUDIO MODE PARIS, as soon as you have paid the full tuition. You also need a translation of you birth certificate from the same French Embassy.

Residence Permit in France

The residence permit is mandatory for all foreign students of all nationalities and must be enrolment certificate from STUDIO MODE PARIS, as soon as you have paid the full tuition. You also need a translation of you birth certificate from the same French Embassy.

Bank Account

You need to open a bank account in France to obtain you residence permit and to pay deposit fee for you housing or to receive wire transfers from a foreign country.

Student Status and Health Care

All registered students benefit from the “student status” and will be able to affiliate to National Health Insurance. STUDIO MODE PARIS takes care of the necessary formalities.

Housing

You can lease an apartment through a Real Estate Agency.
