Le 19 janvier 2017, les étudiants de 2^ème année de l’École Studio Mode Paris ont présenté leurs créations de foulards devant un jury composé par la Présidente dudit Jury (Katia Raymondaud – Directrice du Tokyo Art Club), de professionnels du secteur et d’un enseignant de l’école.

Les étudiants avaient pour objectif de réaliser un foulard en respectant la thématique « Les voyages et les émotions – Feeling Special » et en s’inspirant de l’identité visuelle de Mélia Rewards.

Le gagnant du concours, Martial BILLARD, a vu sa création produite à plus de 4000 exemplaires et distribués auprès des clients « PREMIUM » des hôtels Melia Ressort International.

DESIGN HISTORY

Martial Billard, student at the fashion school Studiomode Paris, take us on the ultimate journey through the architectural experiences worldwide! He first takes inspiration from one of the most long – lasting forms of expression, architecture.

Through the shapes of hotels buildings, he recreates the style and design of modern hotels around the world. He also takes references from spanish architects, like Ricardo Boffill. The colors that Martial Billard uses, bring us an air of the Mediterranean relax, moods and feelings, which is linked to Melia Hotels International origins.

The logo Melia Rewards, in the shape of a heart, is placed in the design as the japanese arcade icon game Pac-Man, as the main character of the Journey.
